Sorry I missed yesterday folks.   I could not get online until late in the day. 

How do you feel about your week? Positive, negative, indifferent?   Tell the whole truth and be accountable.   Have you kept your goals in sight? 

Hoe does the approaching Thanksgiving holiday fit into your plan?  Consider paying it forward in calorie burn and cutting back.  This way any calorie surplus for the holiday is already offset in advance.  Its something to think about.  

Keep in mind your long term success is made up of single succesful days.  Take it one day at a time.  It will happen as long as you keep working for it.

Damnit did I say tell the whole truth?  Aww fkcu, her goes.  I fell back into an old destuctive binge eating habit yesterday.  Pick one or two foods and just keep eating.  Yesterday it was nuts with some chicken thrown in. 

I've been off since I had my last bout of weight gain.  I was doing so well on my plan then poof I'm screwed inspite of my compliance.  Sooo, as you know my eating has not been on point.  Fortunately no further weight gain, but its time to get back on it.  This is a diet forever.

As of today I'm back on program plus I'm further cutting the calories.  I'm paying forward calories for the holiday.  Of course I'll be up on my exercise, vits, water.  I will get back into all of my clothes.

Still pretty sick over here but still doing well.   Workouts are pretty much stretching and nothing to taxing because i'm dizy. 

It is a day short of 3 weeks from Thanksgiving and I am working toward those jeans.  Doing my 500 sit ups 2 days now and already my belly feels like I have on a girdle.   That is one thing I miss about doing so many sit ups that feeling of tightness even without sucking in.

Hope you feel better soon.  Dizzy is not good for hard workouts.   Be careful getting up and down during yoga. 

With my free weight program I was doing crunches and reverse crunches.  I think I'll follow your example and go back to that.  I've got to do the reverse crunches too to work the lower ab muscles.  That's where my belly needs it most.  I won't get near 500 for sure.

Hmmm - let's review.....

this week, I hit my best time speedwise for a mile - 11:37

I have also hit a higher weight on leg press and squats - 200 and 100lbs (was doing 180 and 90)

I've run 7 miles total so far this week - my 2mile run this morning had me at a 12:36 mile average..

HOWEVER.............

STILL at 215lbs.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Keep runing, keep building muscle.  Hopefully your metabolism will kick in and start melting that body fat away. 

I'm going for a dexa scan soon.  Gonna see if I can get a body fat % while I'm at it.  Scary business to learn the true number.
