INSANITY/ P90X.... REVENGE AND REUNION

P90X - Core Synergistics
INSANITY - Pure Cardio/ Cardio Abs
500 Sit ups - Later today

I did not do any of the scheduled workouts for Insanity or P90X because I am totally sick and did not need to be jumping around.   Instead I did a low light yoga/stretch video but check it.

I took a vicodin about 10 minutes before I started and 20 minutes into the video I was high as hell.  LOL.    I was laying on the floor doing the rag doll pose and I literally fell asleep for about 3 minutes and man did it feel good. 

Already feeling tighter in my abs after only 2 days of 500 sit ups.  I will do my 500 for today later around 2:00.

Monday I was suppose to up my weight to 20 pound dumbbells on X but with being sick I think i'm gonna stay with 15lb for another week. It is recovery week for Insanity and every dam day it is the same boring ass workout.  God I hate it.

The recover week work out really sucks.  But wait till you see what comes next.  You'll see the slow down is really needed. 

I'll be doubling up today.  My plan is to be on schedule by Monday so I can have my rest day on Tuesday.  I'm looking forward to the gym just for a break, lol. 

One session done.  Second session in an hour or so.  Which one?  Who cares, they're all torture.

I don't think I have ever done a program I hated so much as I do Insanity.   It really sucks ass.  I wonder if I woud hate it so much if my knee was healthy........  um hell yeah it sucks either way.

I'm with you on that.  This is the first expensive program I've done and I don't think it was worth the money.   I could get the same results from a collection of more interesting workouts either on dvd's or on fit tv.

You may like month two better because of the strength moves.  They really intensify and the cardio pace slows a little.  It takes you to total muscle fatigue.

P90X-Day 43-Chest, Shoulders, Triceps & Ab Ripper X:

Ok, so I hate CST's! I have absolutely no upper body strength but I hit it real hard today. So hard I think I tweeked my left elbow. I will be fine once I ice it, rest it and heat it. Ab Ripper X, killed it again today. My core is getting so much stronger. I am so proud of myself. Thanking God for giving me the right mind to continue on. Still loving my X!!!

I love working my shoulders and triceps as much as I love working my biceps.    The beauty muscles give me the most satisfaction.

Hi Ladies,
I completed Pure Cardio this morning.  I had a really good workout!  I will do Cardio Abs later this evening.
