13 Week Challenge: Week 6
How was your fifth week? Did you do anything different from your first few weeks. Did it show on the scale? How was your eating, drinking, and exercise? What kind of changes, if any, will you make going into your sixth week?
Well I started getting up early on Monday and getting on my treadmill. I was able to do that EVERYDAY! That is feat in itself. I did kick up the exercise with the 5k and some other cardio class daily. I did try to keep my diet relatively clean, however, Halloween was on Sunday. That's all I'm gonna say about that...smh
I weighed in at 169 this morning...two pounds up from last week The scale trips with me everytime I increase my exercise. I'm just not going to give it the satisfaction of ruining my day when I know all this exercise will have me losing enough inches to slide in my 8's!!!

I am hoping to be in my new "bathroom jeans" for Thanksgiving day. I am going to wear them there, but take a big pair with me for after I eat. Don't want to put anyone's eye out with a button flying through the air like a freaking torpedo. LOL

Started a new focused exercise plan this week.
- Made a Goal Tracking Sheet in Excel that begins Oct 31 through January 1. - Posted copies on the fridg, at my desk, bathroom and in my gym bag.
- Stapled copies of class schedules for the gyms I go to behind the Tracker.
- Goal is to work out min of 3x per week (pref 5x/wk) in Nov.
Goal to keep carbs <30g per day and restrict/limit sugars.
A not great thing happened. I was out unexpectedly last night for a very long time and I was hungry. I made the best food choice available (a baked Jamaican Beef Patty- the other choices were deep fried and full carb) also ended up eating a pastry and some sugar free Turtles I had. Not proud or happy about it but I shook it off and I'm moving on.
Lost 1# this week. Weight this morning 219#. I'm on my way.

Yes I did something different. I did jack **** when it came to my eating. Gaining six pounds while sticking to program religiously really pissed me off. I decided if I was going to gain weight I was sure going to eat like a fat girl. Not good I know.
My eating was careless but not over the top except for yesterday when I binged on cashews and almonds. Damn that Trader Joe's. I also ate stuff I'm alergic to so I'm suffering those consequenses too. What I got right was vits and exercise. Thankfully no additional weight gain.
Starting today, back on program. All food weighed, measured, tracked. Water and plenty of it. No more junk food. No more dairy or other foods that trigger allergies for me. Watching my macro nutrient ratios. And especially no more binge eating.
I have got to get back into my Winter jeans. I refuse to by another pair. It galls me to have to wear what should be my baggy yard work jeans . Humph!
Then of course we are week's away from Thanksgiving. Its time to start cutting back so my calorie deficit for the month stays in tact.
It sucks to have to work so hard just to be a normal weight. Thankfully I have my tool to help me.

I finally broke a stall !!!
I weighted in today at 165. 3 pound loss this week !!
My recreation center re opened and I am now able to work out twice daily !!!
It has everything !!!
