i met my goal for the week by completing another 5k session.  i doubt i'll be doing any other form of exercise today 'cept work.  i need to be looking for a massage therapist!!! 

how are YOU moving today?

 LOL @ massage therapist - I booked a day spa appt for the day AFTER my half marathon next week...... 

This morning:
3 X 8 100lb squats
3 X 10 180lb calf raises
3 X 15 10 lbs bicep workout (5 curls, 5 outer curls, 5 hammer curls)
2 X 8 floating sit ups
3 X 8 67.5lb seated row

2 mile run - 25:10 time - just over a 12.5min mile average

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I did a morning walk that all I got today my energy level has really sucked lately. I will be hitting the gym early tomorrow morning.

The odds were stacked against me this morning. My little baby kept throwing up, my oldest decided to stick a hair clip in the light socket. Dang it the Devil is a Lie. Me and My girls got dressed and went on our daily walk to release some stress, burn some calories and Enjoy this beautiful California Weather. I am looking forward to our nice walk after their naps as well. Get Moving everyone.

Did the All Star Workout with Ken Hogan on Fit TV.  Dang that was not fun and some it was hard to keep up with due to not having all the equipment he has.  DVRed it so I can do it again and truth be told, THAT MAN IS FINE!! which makes me want to do it again so I can look at him!
