INSANITY/ P90X.... REVENGE AND REUNION... NEW BATHROOM JEANS

OK,  so this week 4 on the X is a very annoying one for me because it has me doing yoga 2 times, and stretch 2 times.  It is like a rest week. 

So I did the workouts today and i'm really exhausted, work has been very demanding lately and I have been wiped for 3 days now.  I think it's because of hormones too, because this exhaustion is serious.

OK, so here is the deal with the new jeans.  I am not going to wear them until Thanksgiving day, they should have some slack by then hopefully and I am going to start doing 500 sit ups a day again to assure that my belly looks nice and flat.    I will post pictures if the jeans don't look to tight, I hate being in tight clothes.

So that is my goal from now until Thanksgiving my goal is to look good in my new jeans.

Good job Carol.   I think I may be on the verge of quitting Insanity, my knees are huge and my left knee the one with no cartlidge is in horrible pain. 

I'm going to the doc tomorrow and see what they say.  I know they are going to tell me to stop it and I won't be mad cause I hate Insanity. 

Yep 500,  I do it all the time.  I just happened to quit about 2 months ago.  I have incredibly strong ab muscles, if I could ever get the fat from on top of them I would have an instant 6 pack.

You do it girl with those sit ups.  I only do 100 crunches with 100 reverse crunches and I'm done. 

You knees and insanity don't mix.  Time to decide if its really worth it.  I tgink month 2 is easier on the knees but still not good for those with bad knees. 

Today is Max Recovery.  So far all other month two workouts sucked @$$.  Even Max cardio conditioning which I expected to like.  I'll be so glad to finish this.

P90X-Day 40: Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X:

Didnt feel like working out but I did inspite of how I felt. Character building today! Its okay to workout when you feel like it but when you dont is when it really counts. Killed it today along with ARX. I am up to 20 Crunchy Frogs now. I am killin the X yall!!! You cant tell me nothing right now. Still lovin it!!!

I can't wait to see a picture of you in your new jeans!  I know that you are definately going to get your desired results doing 500 sit ups a day.  I'm ready to start working out again, but it will be a while before I can try something like the P90X.
