LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I feel no guilt, no remorse and a lot of naughty satisfaction, lol. I was baaaaad this weekend on so many levels. But seriously folks, not the way to go.
I did not t track my eating. I did not weigh and measure my food. I did not count my protein, or my water intake. More than a few days of such neglect will lead to weight regain.
Like it or not, few of us will be able to maintain weight loss for life without careful monitoring of our eating behavior. It may be detailed and documented. Or it may be measured and noted in your head. Somehow, some way, we will need to monitor our behavior.
What I did right was take my vits and get as much exercise as I could. I'm off my workout schedule but I substituted with reduced exercise on the days I could not work my plan. It is rare that you can do absolutely zero exercise so stop lying to yourself people.
So ok, my head is in a lousy place right now. I've already started the day off poorly. While I can't take back what's done I do not have to make the day a total clusterfkcu. I'm going to try and get my head together today.

I ate crazy this weekend also but I am already back on track.
I got a really cute pair of jeans and they fit me like most people like jeans to fit, but to me they are super tight, so I am going to wear them with a shirt over them until they loosen up. LOL
I am glad to be back on track. I am ready to see what this month does to my body.
