It's Monday: How are YOU moving today?

It's Monday and the first of a new month.  I decided to step up my exercise to 2 sessions a day at least 5 days a week.  One session being a 3 mile walk/run.  Today will be the elliptical at lunch and my 3 miles this evening on the treadmill.  How are YOU moving today?

Insanity will continue to kick my @$$, lol.  I'm into month two and it only gets tougher!

Hey errrybody! LOL

I did full body free weights and a quick 1 mile run - under 12min which is a new personal best!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I will walk 30 to 40 minutes at lunch today and 10 minute arm toning DVD tonight.
