Wonderful workout! It was hard and I went hard and got it done. Glory to God for the energy to do the workout. Still going hard with the X and still loving it. You can do this too!

Been gone all day. When I got home I almost didn't workout, but decided to cause I want my rest day tomorrow.
I am exhausted, so happy I don't have to go anywhere tomorrow. I'm going to sit in the tub. Nite
