13 Week Challenge: Week 5

Heeeyyyyyy my New You by the New Year Challengers!

How was your fourth week?  Did you do anything different from your first few weeks.  Did it show on the scale?  How was your eating, drinking, and exercise?  What kind of changes, if any, will you make going into your fifth week?

Well I started Adkins on Monday and ended it on Tuesday...lol  That is not the plan for me.  I just have to kick up the exercise again and keep my diet relatively clean.  That seems to work best.

I weighed in at 167 this morning...same for the last 2 weeks.  I'm hoping to see 165 next Friday.  The Y will be seeing a lot of me this coming week.

Hey Tay!!!

My scale is becoming my worst enemy.  I weighed in at 189.4 this morning.  I know that I have lost inches but I want the scale to move in the right direction!!!  I struggle with water daily.  I am trying out the Weigh****cher plan and I must admit that I like being able to eat a variety of foods and not having to worry about staying under 20 carbs per day like on Atkins.  This is the longest plateau that I have been on since my surgery.  I sure am hoping when the scale move that it REALY moves!  Have a great weekend!

ETA:  Did I say I wanted to lose 10 pounds by the New Year?  If so, boy am I in trouble! The changes for this week is to try a little harder at getting my water in and start walking again this week even if it is just a couple of days...I have to at least start or I never will.

We're on Week 5 already?!

I didn't lose any this week.

I have a low carb, no sweets (not sf either), plan for the next week and 1/2.  I will see results.

Last two weeks have been rough for me.

Eating with Romie,  he wants to try and feed me.   Yes,  he knows about my surgery. 

Visited my son and his family earlier part of week and wasn't eating healthy as I should have.

Bad News:

Up two pounds.

Good News:

The last two days,  I have regained control.

I would like to join in... I was just at 152 and now at 154 but want to make it to 144 by the new years... Just asking for 10 lbs.

I'm back on the exercise grind.

I need to improve on my eating.

My goal for the coming week is 5 lbs off.  I need it desperately!!

Bad week.  I worked my plan and gained six pounds.  Very frustrating.  My planned treats fall into this week.  Started to skip them but that won't undo the six pounds so I enjoyed it.  Trying to stay motivated...  but really pissed off.

Week four was just a week for me not really bad or nothing really good happened. Scale did not move. I will continue to workout, eat healthy, get my vitamins, and water in.  I believe I can not fail unless I quit.

I haven't lost a pound but i'm working out and i'm eating right and I refuse to let that scale make me any more upset than it did yesterday.

Back home and down 3lbs!  I weighed in at 266 even. So just 2lbs and I will be back to where I was from vacation. Eating is back under control and I am back on track. Thanks Tay for the support!
