OKAY BAF, I AM 30 POUNDS AWAY FROM MY SURGEONS GOAL........ MY FIRST SURGERY (RNY) ANNIVERSARY IS 02/12... DO YOU THINK  I CAN REACH IT?   THIS JOURNEY HAS BEEN ROUGH!  WHEN PEOPLE SAY THIS IS THE EASY WAY OUT I WISH THEY COULD SPEND A DAY OR TWO IN MY BODY.  STARTED AT 24/26 NOW 14 REGULAR.....IVE CAME A LONG WAY CANT WAIT TO GET TO SIZE 12!!!!!!  HAVE A BLESSED DAY!!

Fixating on a date may lead you to undue frustration. If you can do it in that time frame depends on how willingly your body looses and how compliant you are to plan. Some will do everything right and still need more time. Others will be lax and make goal quickly. Think about how you loose to estimate when you may make goal. It may not happen when you want it to but keep at it. It will happen.

Yes you can do it!!  Even if you don't do it my anniversary date, just do it.  Success is for those who never give up and you will succeed if you never lose sight of the prize.  As MSW stated don't fixate on the date when you reach your goal.  Sometime this can be discouraging if you don't make it.  I had to learn this one the hard way.

Congrats 2X!........Keep working your program.  You should reach your goal and then some.  Get your water and vits in and up your cardio to add that last kick.
