LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm trying not to get frustrated but my weight is on the rise again. To add fuel to the fire, I get fat creating meds this week. Given my body water % is also rising, I'm not going to panic. Yet.
I had a few lower cal days recently so today I upped the calories by a couple hundred. Kept it to protein and I'm maintaining my nutrient ratios. Two grams over on the carbs, but that won't make or break me. Vits taken but ran out of iron.
I am going to get my weight under control. I am going to reach a new low weight and hold on to the cushion. I can do this. I will do this.

Uugghhh...not a good week for me. I wanted to start Insanity on Monday but life got in the way. Instead, I'm running around like a Hebrew slave doing everything but focusing on me. I'm setting my timer on my phone again to remind me when to eat and take my vitamins because stress is slowly taking over my life again.
But anywhoooo.....
It's too windy to walk/run in my area so I'll get my workout on with the treadmill. Then off to cleaning up the house and decorating for Halloween.

Don't I know it: Its far to easy to put ourselves last. We start stressing and everything falls apart.
I often live by my PDA's timer too. No mercy & ne excuses. Take good care of you and you can take better care of everyone and everything else.
