P90X - Plyometrics
INSANITY - Plyometrics Cardio Circuit
A double day of Plyo, I don't think so. I did Insanity and skipped the P90X plyo because I just don't find it neccessary to do a hour and a half of plyo.
Yesterday I hurt the top of my left foot, I was just walking and it turned and man it hurt. I think I may be putting to much strain on my feet so that is another reason why I have decided that doing cardio for a hour and a half is just not good on my old joints and feet. But I am thinking I may start doing half the workout in the morning and half at night that's if I even want to do both. It depends on what the scale says on Friday.
So i'm still kicking butt and taking names....... How yall doing today ?

End recovery week, scheduled rest day. I sure hope it gets better in month two but somehow I don't think so.

Today will be my rest day for the week. Energy level is still horrible. Did the same thing I did yesterday and 2day it sucks. Plus it seems as if I've been lifting all week because I have been playing catch-up so resting 2day is a good thing for me. (Doctors apt. made)
