I had a respectable start for the week.  Water is back on track.  Vits, calories, exercise are on point.  I'm carefully watching my plan rules.  I will make this another good week.

 I am focused on Water this week - and cross training.  I probably won't run until Thurs for Friday - my muscles are still 'coming down' from Sunday's run. 

As for food - I'm holding to my carb limits.  I bought some steaks and chicken breasts from Omaha Steaks to cook in my NuWave and I did asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower and vegetarian baked beans as sides - so I should be able to be good all week!  

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Good Morning BAF!!  I can say I'm so proud of myself.  I got back on track (AGAIN) last Thursday and I've been working out everyday since.  Now I just need to start planning my meals better and stay away from the carbs.  I LOVE BAF!!

My week started off OK but not bad.  I hate that my journey is 90% what I eat and 10% exercise.  If I want to lose I have to limit my calories to about 1200 plus exercise an hour a day.  I can exercise over a hour a day and eat 1600 calories maintain my weight or gain it sucks. :(

NeverGona Quit....do you track what you eat to know that your eating 1600 calories?

Yes I track my food intake daily to stay under 1600 so that I will not gain.
