I think your issue is food, but yeah you should go see the doctor. 

Be careful with your falling behind on lifting days because the program is set up to give your body just he right amount of rest time for the tear down and build up to take place.   So you don't want to end up lifting 2 days in a row.      Just a friendly reminder.
