P90X - CHEST AND BACK
INSANITY - FIT TEST


I didn't do the fit test for Insanity.   I am just not into working out today.  I did P90X because it's chest and back and I am working on my lats, but I sure in hell didn't give it my all.   Guess the hot cocoa last night made me sluggish this morning. 

I'll do ab ripper X later tonight maybe.   I do a ton of sit ups on my own so I don't really feel a pressure to do the ab ripper and to be honest I think my ab workout is better for me because it's less stress on my back.

Hi Lee!
I completed the Fit Test this morning.  I improved in all the exercises except for the suicide jumps!  I only did 10.  Last time I did 13.  My energy was not there, but I'm gonna push harder tomorrow!!!

Great Job Carol !!!!      Those suicide jumps are suicide on the knees.

I'm ending recovery week and there is a rest day then month two starts.  My problem is I'm at the hospital this week and I have other medical appointments.  I may skip the rest day and start month 2 a day early.  I also have my next fit test.  I don't want to fall behind again. 

I forgot to take that progress pic when I had the chance this weekend.  Here's a mirror pic.  I was hoping to get the same angle as in the before pic.

ETA: I think my upper mid section is better defined but my lower mid section is more saggy with skin.   Panni seems worse.  As the insides tightens the skin can do nothing but literally hang around.

As long as my face is obscured.  There are not too many folks out there who can look at my pics and play name that @$$, lol. 

ETA:  I'm going to see if I can get a better pic taken tomorrow.  I'm not good at self photography.

P90X Day 32: Back & Biceps, Ab Ripper X & Yoga X:

I had to finish up the Back and Biceps, Ab Ripper X from yesterday. Started the DVD from the beginning even though I had done 30 minutes of it yesterday. Finished that and then a few hours later I did Yoga X.

Feel so good to be caught up. My body finally cooperated with me today. I think I needed more food. I ate more today and had more energy to last throughout my workout. I am still going to the doctors though, just in case.

So happy right now because I got it done and went hard today. Thanking God I was able to go hard.
