i'm starting phase one of adkins today...Lawd help me!  anywho, i'm gonna take it light on the exercise during this phase.  today, i'm planning a walk on the river front.  how are YOU moving today?

GM   I plan to do my usual midday 45-60 minute walk, I try to go a little further each day.  Friday I felt so good that walked so far I ended up taking a 90 minute lunch break :)  then had the nerve to eat a salad at my desk...........

Hi Tay,
I completed the Insanity Week 3 Fit Test this morning.  I plan to run three miles on the treatmill later this evening...oh and I still need to complete Insanity Cardio Abs sometime tonight too!

Heading into month 2 of insanity this week.  Recovery phase ends today.  I'll be so glad when I'm done!
