Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

How would you grade yourself for the week?  Was your heart really in it? Did you give it your best effort?  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  How do you feel about last week's behaviors? Are you on the right path? Motivation will wax and wane but we press on. When we are feeling it and especially when we are not.

I am so mad this morning.   I accidently drunk a full sugar hot chocolate last night.  I thought that it was a sugar free one and the whole time I was drinking it I was thinking dam this is a really good hot cocoa.   Then Becca goes into the kitchen and sees the wrapper and tells me it's a full sugar cocoa and I was about to go to bed with all that dam sugar in my belly.  (Why the hell did her neice put that in my sugar free box is another question)

So this morning I felt like crap and didn't want to do my workout at all.  I felt sluggish, but the important thing is I DID IT !!!!

Today starts week 3 and I took some time this morning to think about why I am doing this torture to myself.    It is because I refuse to let my enemy be smaller than me.  LOL  I know that sounds petty but who cares I hate it, and the second reason is because I have a family reunion in not August as I thought but in the middle of July.   DAMIT

So therefore I must stay on the ball.   I must make this goal.

REVENGE AND REUNION !!!!

Revenge is as good as any reason to step up your game.  I need some fire lit under me.  Go for it.  Success is the greatest way to get under your enemy's skin, lol.

I'd be ready to kill if I accidentally had sugar too.  I gave up most sugared items in the 70's and was married to a type 1 diabetic.  Accidental sugar is like poison to me.

Sorry about that funky looking thread but posting from my phone never looks right.  My dsl has been acting the fool.  I'll fix the links tomorrow.   Anyhoo...

I did good this week.  Week 2 of my self styled MAD/ FBI plan has netted me a 2.6 lb weight loss after being a pound up this morning.  Saturday I has three junk food snacks and over the weekend I drank way too little water.  I'm still solidly in ketosis with moderate ketones showing.

So far I'm pleased with 8 lbs total lost.  I'm on it today and sticking to my rules religiously.  I want to be at the next stage by the end of this week.
