P90X/ Insanity/ Revenge and Reunion

I started mid week so today is not a rest day. Nothing exciting as recovery week is the same each day. I know we don't all have Sun off. What are we doing people.

Enjoying my day off, just came from Costco where I had many snacks.

P90X-Day 31-Back & Biceps, Ab Ripper X:

I cant tell u what is going on with my energy level but it is in the tubes. I could only get through 30 mins of it before I had nothing left. Must make an apt. w/ the dr. 2morrow because this is not normal. Going 2 finish the rest of the 2morrow along with Yoga X.

I'm taking all vitamins & drinking water. Thinking I may need to eat more. We'll see, serious prayer needed. Thanks

The very first time I did the X I was the same way.   I had no energy and all I wanted to do was sleep all the time.   I was worn the hell out.

I had to start eating more carbs and when I started eating enough food to sustain my body while doing the workouts I was ok.

I don't let my calorie deficit fall below 1500 for the day. That's about a 3 lb a week est wl range. This way I have eaten enough to exercise comfortably and maintain my muscle mass.

Hi Ladies,
My rest day was Saturday, so Sunday I completed Pure Cardio.  BUT I did not do cardio abs!!!  I didn't have the energy to do them--I SUCK!!  I will get them done tonight though!!
