WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY?????
Treena there was no drama over there and no drama here unless you're trying to make it. All I saw on the fb page was people greeting each other. It didn't even have to come back here and be MADE into drama. I'm all about drama free and I don't understand this post. I believe in your right to have an opinion but sometimes things get blown out of proportions when they don't need to be. Just sayin'.

Now for those members I still associate myself with I was told this board is dead, so I guess I can see why someone would have thought it was a good idea. It's a secret group so if you don't want people in your business they won't know. In all honesty the person who created the group really thought they were doing a good thing. I can't really say they weren't. I had actually considered doing the same thing, but I am the "BAF Black Sheep" so I figured WTF was I thinking...ROFL
Truth is, you and I are members of many fitness boards on FB, but the truth is we are a unique group within the Weight Loss/Fitness community. There are programs meal wise that our collegues in the other groups can do that you and I can't due to our surgeries. So while I understand your grievance, (cause I was shocked someone actually sent me an invite...LOL) I understand why someone created the group.
Being of African American decent AND having WLS, we ARE the minority and if those new to the weight loss game want to look for guidance from those who have had it and are still fighting the good fight, I say good for them. I don't know the creator of the group, because honestly I think the last time I logged into this website was on my four year anniversary last December. None the less, you have had a lot to offer before and you can still offer your insight on BAF FB.
