INSANITY / P90X,.............. AKA REVENGE AND REUNION

P90X - KenpoX
INSANITY - Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs.

I once again only did half of P90X and all of Insanity, because I refuse to do a hour and a half of cardio, I have no desire to do that.

KenpoX is something I am use to so it was no big deal, Insanity kicked my ass this morning because I took a pain pill for my back last night and I am sti a little groggy but I wanted to get it done cause i'm going to the movies at 10am.


REVENGE AND REUNION !!!!!

Keep kicking ass. I'd rather do all that cardio if I coulr reduce the number of plank moves. Still in recovery week. Easy stuff like HS gym class but it seems like forever. At least the time moved fast with the other workouts.

P90X Day 30 - Plyometrics:

Yesterday I didn't finish Chest, Shoulders & Triceps & Ab Ripper X. Today, I finished that up and could only do 1/2 of Plyometrics. Time 2 admit defeat and stay with Classic P90X and try not do Doubles. Oh well, I wanted fast results and I will just have 2 do what I can for now and that is 2 stay on the classic track. I'm just glad I am doing something and not giving up all together.

My energy level sucks. I am taking all of my vitamins, drinking as much water as I possibly can and eating clean and as much as I can and still I have no energy for that second workout. I think its a mental thing that I need to work on. Oh well, on to the next one. Not getting down about it, just going to keep grinding.

Hi Ladies. I switched my rest days to Saturdays instead of Sundays. My daughter has activities on Saturday mornings and it's just easier for me. Therefore, it's Insanity Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs tomorrow morning!
