Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

Over humpday for the work week and at midpoint for the week.  How would you grade yourself thus far?  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.   What do you score for effort?  You know you can do this despite how tough it is to stay motivated at times.  

Set interim goals and keep today's 
objectives in mind when making choices.  You're not doing this in one fell swoop.  We get through tis One Day At aTime (ODAT).

I fell short on the water at just about 64 oz vs my goal of 80 oz so I awoke parched this morning.  My calories are low two days in a row so I've go to get them up there today to equal at least my bmr.  No starvation mode for me.

I'm holding strong sticking to my macro nutrient ratios and its paying off.  Ketosis is solid over the last couple of days and the wl is steady so far this week (Thank you God      .).  Vits, etc on point.

Today I'll get the fluids up as well as the calories and continue to watch my ratios.  I've broken this out into manageable stages and I'm currently in stage two.  I'm trying not to leap ahead mentally and just handle today.  ODAT, ODAT, ODAT.

I am losing interest in exercise this week. I am tired, but I am not going to quit. I plan to get in 40 mins cardio and 20 mins of weights today. Tae Bo is rough on a person.. I didn't get in my gallon of water. I yielded at 64 ozs. Today I will get a gallon down.

Keep at it girl.  Get some exercise, any exercise, but keep on moving like it or not.  It may be time to look into something more interesting.  Switch up your workouts until you find what you like.
