Good morning, fellow BAF'ers!

It's been a while..I know...I know...hey y'all!

Listen up...if you haven't had an opportunity to do so...make sure you watch today's Oprah show with Tyler Perry! One of our BAF sisters, Ms. Lena (Selena Odom) shares her own story of surviving childhood sexual abuse - and I must say - SHE LOOKS FABULOUS! Lena is one of our 'old timers' here on BAF - not sure if she still comes to the board...but she is on FB.

So funny you would post about Oprah.I just finish applying for a reservation to one of her tapings in November. I  Oprah watch her show everyday. Can't wait to see this one.

You know if and when I get accepted to one of her tapings i will most definitely have to hook up with you and Denise again. tell Denise to bring her laptop for fast money.,lol

How did you do that - since I've tried UNSUCCESSFULLY!!! Just get your tissue ready...people always are curious as to Tyler Perry's sexual preference - but I think that after you see this show, you'll understand why he is as private as he is - the man has been through HELL!

I watched and even posted during the show on fb before even checking here. I was a crying mess. I had no idea that Selena was a BAF sister, she looks fabulous but most important she has taken her power back.   A lot of people bash Tyler's messages in his movies but I got it and now I know why. I can't wait to see "For Colored Girls" in Nov.
