HEYYYYYYY BAF
Still holding strong... Turned 30 last month 09/16 and guess what I went up to 162.2 by 9/30 and now I am back at 152 and counting... I am going all the way to the top (or bottom rather...lol) I am going to reach 144 and I see it happening soon... For breakfast I have my protein drink (Caribbean Cooler) Lunch is normally a salad w/ light ranch and dinner is normally a salad or fish/poultry w/ either cabbage or fresh string beans or I would have grilled chicken w onions/peppers on a half low carb wrap with a little light ranch dressing... I follow a low carb/low calories diet w/ flavor of course... I work out at the gym 2 days per week and at home 2-3 days per week and am currently building a gym in my house...
I have been VERY busy with school and graduate in May with my MBA and of course I still have my 9 year old brother and my 15 year old brother as well. Life is amazing for me and challenging but I would not change anything.
I am dating now but my ex and I are on good terms. I have been seeing a cool guy, he is a doctor and I like him a lot but who know where this will go.
Dr. Sauceda: He did a great job considering what he had to work with. Before surgery I weighed 155 and with clothes off you would easily assume I weighed about 200 by the way my tummy looked but he did a great job and my arms are to die for. BUT I am going back in April to have a revision to my Tummy Tuck, the vertical incision above my belly button needs a little pulling and it would then be perfect for me, having an upper body lift (back lift) for those rolls, lipo to contour my love handles and I am going for the gluteal implants (for my booty, it is VERY flat). I want this to be done with once and for all so I pray that this time around I have a good recovery as I did in the past with my surgeries.
I am very satisfied with how I look and have been loving not having to cover my arms, not having to wear body magic and going bra less if need be but if I have the means to make things better, why not.
Words of advice and encouragement: This is a NEVER ending journey and each of us have our obstacles that make it harder than the next but the rewards are priceless. I am no expert but no my share of making the surgery work for me and if ever anyone needs me my email is [email protected]. I wish the best to all you both new and seasoned.
Here are some pictures from within the last 2 months.. The latest one is me in the black from a wedding 3 weeks ago and the black jacket 2 weeks ago..
