I sure gave those sleep muscles a mega workout, about twelve hours worth. But I did catch up with that tail of mine. I start week four, recovery week cardio balance something or the other tonight. Must keep standing once I load the dvd.
I'll post my pics. I didn't take befores but I've got pics I can use. Tomorrow (I think) is 30 days so I'll pick a before and take a 30 day pic.
This week should be interesting. I have no sense of balance. I have to touch something at shoulder hight to keep from falling over during the stretches standing on one leg. In the recovery workout I need to stay near a wall cause I keep tipping over.
Oh yeah, recovery week sounds like big fun. I am not loving insanity but it was way too expensive to ditch it, lol.

Girlfriend you find a pic for everything, lol. For sure she is sombody's type. Except for the hair she'd be perfect for my ex's cousin. He only dates darked skinned women around 300 lbs with short sleek hair styles.

I completed Week 2-Day 9 of Insanity - Plyometric Cardio Circuit. LOTS OF SWEATING!! I HATE the Level 1 Drills, the SKI PLANK THINGYS, AND THE IN & OUT PLANKS!!! I am determined to do them all WITHOUT stopping!!!
I'm really not looking forward to Cardio Recovery tomorrow--I don't feel like I get a good workout.
I'm still pressing PLAY!
