I missed my last dose of vits yesterday which was my iron and potassium. The thing is I remember taking them but I must have been dreaming, lol.
I have not finished yesterday's tracking but calories should be on point if a little low as should my nutrient ratios. Water was plentiful and I'm getting most of it plain once again.
The weight gain is comming off at last. This morning my bmi finally crossed back out of the overweight category. Today I'm sticking with the program. Praying and hoping and hoping and praying... I'll be back in all of my clothes by Thanksgiving.

I realy need to get my **** together. I am working out close to 2 hours a day and only had 1 water bottle yesterday and that is not unusual for me. I can go a full day without a lick of water.
So this is my goal for this day. Drink 4 water bottles, no matter what I must pick up a bottle and drink it for other than just taking pills.
OK, I gotta go workout now. I took my before pictures last night and they made me want to workout even harder.
