P90X - Plyometrics
INSANITY - Pure Cardio
Once again a overdose of cardio. It is amazing how the X cardio is a cake walk compared to Insanity. I decided I would not do 1 1/2 hours of cardio and instead did Insanity and a half hour of X.
I don't know why but my right hip is sore, along with the outside of my legs and my rib cage. I guess it's from the legs and back workout last week. I love a sore body when it's sore from working out.
I have to be on campus tonight, have 2 late classes so I needed to get this workout done this morning.
I am still pushing play, still going insane and I think i'm starting to really feel some results. Took before shots and wondering if I will post them or wait the 30 days to show the progress.
REVENGE AND REUNION !!!!!!
Got through yesterday's triple. I'll be caught up and ready to start recovery week on Wed as scheduled. Hard to believe this is the end of week four. Last catchup session, pray for me.
Did I mention I still hate pushups? The warm up is starting to irk me too. I used to despise cardio power & resistance but now I just hate it and despise plyometric cardio power instead. If this did not cost so damned much I'd quit, lol.
I'm longing for my usual intense cardio session on the eliptical, bike or running indoors. I'm going to try an outside run during this recovery week. Moving backwards from wk10 h210k to c25k till I get a feel for 'real' running. Then I'll see what I can do.

Yeah we all need to do our before, 30, 60, and 90 day pictures. I am kind of embarrassed to post my before pics because my arms are so whimpy now. I still have muscle but nothing like when I finished my last X.
But that is why I am back doing it again.
Oh pul-eeeze MsLee! Your arms look better after sitting on your @$$ for a month (yeah like if you would ever sit idle) than the rest of us working strength 3-5 days a week. You must look SLAMMIN' in a tank top.
I'm still waiting for that pic of you in a fitted knit dress or leggins, LOL. Hour glass figures come in all sizes and (from a few of your vacation pics) you've got one.
I'll have to use a more recent older pic for my before and take my 30 day pic on Wed when I hit week 5, the recovery week. **** I'm hearing the insanity sound track in my damn sleep.
I completed Pure Cardio this morning! For some odd reason, I think it's my favorite! LOL! I took before pictures. I really hope I see a difference after 30 days! Right now I am feeling really FAT!! I need to throw my scale out--I get on it EVERYDAY and EVERY NIGHT! I plan on taking Step class tonight. I'm gonna keep pressing PLAY!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! Hated every minute of it. Really couldnt/didnt give it my all today. Still not feeling like myself today! I totally DO NOT like this DVD!
Back at it tomorrow with the dreaded YOGA X!
