I have today off and man am I glad. I have to get ready for some tests so I was abe to do both workouts early. I am also taking tomorrow off so I can do it all in the morning again.
But starting Wed I may have to do my workouts when I get home from work, cause I am getting tired of getting up super early to do it. I need my dam sleep. lol.

Knock wood, no knee issues ever. My problem is neuralgia and triggering muscle spasms especially in my feet. I have to be careful not to tightly contract the core as instructed. Also, I give myself about three hours between each workout. There's no way I could do them back to back. I'll be caught up tomorrow provided my body cooperates. Recovery week begins on Wed.
I rarely have mobility issues, but I do take some hard falls fairly regularly. Vanity won't allow me to use a cane. When muscle weakness and balance issues are noticible, I keep to myself and stay inside.
Fatigue is major as are cognition related issues hence my forced 'retirement'. My memory is shot to hell and portions of my IQ have material declines.
Its become a part of why I like to exercise. I have to modify and afterwards I feel like **** and need to sleep for a few hours but who knows how long I will be able? The brain's already gone (lol), but physically I do as much as I can when I can.
Now if only I could find an analyst position that allows for a three hour afternoon nap I would be back at work in a heartbeat. I loved my profession and I miss my dream job soooo much. Not being broke was a plus too, lol.

I can't wait to take my 30 day pic, my arms look like **** right now, but the way it's going I know they will be good and pumped in 30 days. My legs look like a bag of fat jello. It is such bull**** how fast you can get out of shape and gain weight.
P90X was Pull Ups and Push Ups. I do all my pull ups on a pull up bar, and all my push ups boy style, tips and toes, NO Knees. Strength baby.

INSANITY
Insanity was absolutely ridicuous with al them ******g Power Jumps, my knee was not having it, so I modified. I was sweating so freaking hard on Insanity today it was crazy. Have I told you guys I hate the warm up, cause I HATE THE DAM WARM UP.
