LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I had really good results last week dropping 5.4 lbs. That's far better than I did as a new op so I am floating on air right now. Praying and crossing fingers, I've found a way that works for me.
I'm back on it with vits and water. Keeping my nutrient ratios in check. Workouts are happening but I still have some insanity catching up to do. Today will be a good day.
Getting better and better each day! I have put myself back into ketosis which is helping me not feel soooo hungry all day long. I am now getting in a gallon of water a day. I realize I had told myself that I don't need water to lose weight, but I was wrong! I need more than 64 ozs. I need at least a gallon a day..Next step is my activity level increase. Today's goal is 40 mins cardio and 20 mins weight training with tae bo.
