It is my REST DAY for both Insanity and the X. I am happy cause this double cardio has been killing the top of my right foot.
Treena at 30 days you have to post pic just ike I had to at 30, 60, and 90 days.
I have only completed my first week and my freaking arms are getting really cut already, that is why I love the X, you can spend years in a gym and come out with the same skinny looking arms, but if you X and use weights and a pull up bar your muscles can't help but grow.

Uuugh I'm still catching up as a few curves came my way and altered my schedule. I'm moving into the recovery week mid week and I still have to double up to start it on schedule. I can do this.
