my plan is to get in at least 45 mins in on the elliptical today.  it's a tv night tonight so, i'll have to get this done early in order to catch THE EVENT!  how are YOU moving today?

Hi Tay!
I completed Insanity - Cardio Power & Resistance this morning.  I had a great workout!  I plan to run 3 miles this evening.

I got 40 minutes on the treadmill and 35 minutes in aerobics class.
