Thanks everyone for the support. I am doing very well today. I found that my secret weapon is getting up, getting showered and getting dressed. I feel so much better when I'm slowing moving around. I can't tolerate any pain meds -- everything makes my head feel like it's exploding. Thankfully I am only sore and not in any serious pain.
I'm in the liquid phase and yes I still hate it
I have to admit that I have not had any real hunger YET (I know it's coming). I want to eat just because. Anyway, all is good and I look forward to working this new band!
