 Whassup fam???!!!!

I'm doing yard bird in the NuWave today - broccoli and cauliflower and sweet potato as sides.  I might do a roasted pear w/brown sugar, topped wiht SF whipped cream for dessert.

I don't cook as much on the weekend for the week anymore - I have chicken breasts and angus burgers in the freezer - they are quick and easy to defrost, season and cook during the week, so I will just make sure I have sides on - hand.

So - what are YOU cooking????

I just took a tri tip out the freezer, hopefully it'll be thawed for tonights dinner.  Will cook up some cabbage or take the greens I cooked and frooze out the freezer.  No dessert for me unless you count the orange I'll eat when I take my iron.

 LMAOOOOO - I think you can!  I haven't tried, cause I don't eat fries!!!!

I have done a pizza - but not from scratch - I had a 200cal digoirno that I put in there instead of the microwave - I added some things to it and it was Tast-TEE.  I've done hamburgers, chicken, roast and reheated several things - oh! and bacon  it is some super sexy shyt to watch a whole rack of bacon cook...... all the juices dripping down and the bacon getting all brown and crispy... whoooweee! LOL
