Dreams I didnt' even know I had have come true...lol
Just an update on me my BAF family. Since the last time I was active on BAF (early 2009) I have become an athlete, spokenword poetry performer, model, and now a Freelance writer for SwaggaKings.com online magazine(the next VIBE magazine). I am really excited about the things
God has done in my life and continuing to do. My next Marathon will be on Halloween morning. I can't wait because this particular marathon has obstacle courses and we also run through mud. Yikes!
Yeah, I know. Its basically a "military bootcamp marathon" 
What was I thinking signing up for this, but I guess I just get bored easily and always need to find new ways to challenge myself mentally and physically. Let's see what this 40 year old body can do?
Just so you know my diet has not been the best, 
but I am mindful of it. I eat basically what I want, but my pouch still can't tolerate certain things (sugar, plain water, overeating). I still dump 
and I HATE IT, but LOVE IT! It means my pouch is still my bestest friend.
I have gained 20 pounds
that I am trying to get off. Its coming...patience and consistency is all I need.
