I am actually up two pounds!!!  , I will continue to di low carb, but also focus on portion control.     I am not giving up!!!!!!!!!

Despite it being my birthday and not getting much exercise I lost 2 lbs!  Its my TOM this week so we'll see what the scale does on Monday.

Now that school is back in session, and the kids are in sports, I'm having trouble making my workouts.  I constantly have to pick this child up or get that child there and it's messing up my gym time.  Ugh! 

I consulted with a trainer yesterday who's going to take me through an assessment next week.  Sounds great, but I don't think I will be able to make 2 sessions with him weekly.  My biggest challenge seems to be managing priorities with myself included.

CONGRATS on the 2lb loss   i hear you about having active kids.  it's a balancing act trying to get everybody where they should be everyday.  if i know my afternoon is going to be working as the family taxi cab, i try to get my workouts in during lunch.  i tried the early morning thing, and i just can't roll outta bed on a consistent basis.  good luck trying to figure out how to make YOU a priority!

I need to kick up my exercize but my eating has been on point to the tune of -3.5 lbs.

Its getting cool here, so I'm loving chili, and meat and veggie stews.  For something lighter I've ben dabbling with salads with chicken or turky along with boiled eggs to up the protein.
