How do you envision your body, your health, over the long run?  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.   Have you made the most of this week?  Will you make the most of this weekend? 

Keep your objectives in mind when making choices.  Don't place yourself in dangerous situations like food shopping when hungry, etc.  Keep a friendly snack with you at all times to get you through the weak moments.  Stay strong, stay motivated, and keep fighting for your health and success.

I felt really crappy yesterday so I literally sat on my @$$ and ate except when I was asleep.  I did however stick to my plan keeping my nutrient ratios in check.  Eating many frequent meals was easy yesterday. 

I got plenty of water in and vits down.  The missed workout  will be made up by the weekend.   Got to get moving today.

Go MSW!  You can do it!
I know you just LOVE to see that PINK ketosis strip, but I discovered that when *I* was doing a low carb/high protein diet, I didn't have enough energy to exercise.  (I was running at the time).  I had to put carbs in my diet, and once I did, I felt a big difference.  Just a thought...

I'm shooting for the purple, lol.  Low carbing and exercise have never been a problem for me.  Getting into and staying in ketosis is tough for me but there's zero difference in my energy levels once I'm there.

You will see PURPLE in no time!  That's a great feeling to see purple!  It keeps you motivated as well.
