I would love to be a size 8. Fit into a nice pair of jeans without my tummy popping out. I would like to tone my stomach, arms, thighs, and butt. I have been walking 4-5 times a week, but I need to increase my workout. People spend countless hours in the gym or exercising and I get in about 30 mins. a day. on the treadmill.
Where is my energy? I always feel so tired. I don't want to get out of the bed most days. I still push myself to get up because I have a 6yr old and  two 2yr olds that need to be taken care of, but I feel so sluggish throughout the day. I am having my labs done tomorrow, and a visit with my dr. in two weeks. Hope things come out okay.
Plans- next week I will do two 30 minute walks/jog  which will give me an hour a day workout. I will do my walks @ 8am and 8pm. I will do this five times a week giving myself the weekends off.The first week I will do it 7 days. MWF I will do light weights with tae bo. (20mins.)

I am on a mission. My one year sugery anniversary is approaching on less than a month. I would like to reach my goal size by then. I am a size 10 now, so I think with plenty of exercise low cal low caarb plenty of water and determination I can do it. Once there I need to concur maintenance.

Exercise will help you reach that goal.  Splitting it up into sessions does make it easier.   Hours in the gym just isn't necessary.  Besides, who has that kind of time?

Stressing can really zap your energy.  I find cardio is a good stress reliever.  Hopefully you'll really start to enjoy it.

I did good yesterday except for water where I was a pint short.  Everything else is in check.  So far its been a good week.

I don't want to jinx it or speak too soon, but I'm in ketosis and down a few pounds.  My new approach appears to be working however its still early.  I'm hope'n and pray'n...

Way to go MSW!
I completed Day 4 of Insanity this morning - Cardio Recovery.  This "workout" was NOTHING compared to the previous ones!  But, I'm sure there's A LOT in store for me tomorrow - PURE CARDIO!!!!  Wish me Luck!

Cardio recovery is the "easy" one.  Pure cardio is my favorite although they all have too many pushups, lol.  Good Luck!
