INSANITY / P90X,.............. AKA REVENGE AND REUNION

Today was a bit ridicuous in the Insanity / P90X world. Both dam workouts were Yoga and I HATE YOGA !!!! I did a freaking hour and almost 47 minutes of yoga. Yawn and puke city.
I have to say that Insanity yoga makes you sweat a lot more than the X yoga, but either way I hated them both, i'm glad I'm done with both of them.
My arms are good and sore from my workout yesterday. Oh how I love sore arms, they remind me that next summer i'm going to have my guns back. My guns are pistols now and I want my big shot guns back. LOL.
So that's it for me today, it was a yoga recovery day, I hated it, but I did it.

Feeling really crappy today so not sure what I'll do. I want to be caught up by the 16th but if I skip today I fall further behind. I'm taking drugs and hoping to get through today's schedule.

You should stop worrying so much about getting caught up, if you fall to far behind just pick up where you left off. I know the pressure of trying to play catch up and with your medical issues it may not be possible.

Tomorrow was the plan but I decided Monday is better. I will be doing a mega quick cleanse over the weekend and then taking my weight at that point for the record (erry little bit helps) and my measurements and photos as well. I am preparing my area (having all my shyt were it needs to be ie: weights, power cords, matt, pull up bar) and I also want to view the DVD's to familiarize myself with them first. That always helps me. So..Monday it is.
P90X Day 21 - Rest or Stretch:
Well, I am resting 2day and will not stretch. I start my Recovery Phase 2morrow which starts with the dreaded Yoga X and I have 2 do it 2x in 1 week.
Anyway, looking forward 2 Recovery Phase Week bcaus for Week 5 I will be starting Training Block 2 which will include 2 a days @ least for me because I am doing P90X Doubles. For some reason I am exhausted 2day.
