P90X Day 3   -      DONE  (Shouders & Arms, Ab Ripper)
Insanity Day 3 -    DONE  (Cardio Power & Resistance)


P90X  (Round 3)
I did all my lifting with 10 pound dumbells,  I can lift much heavier but I don't want to get injured in the first few days so i'm going to climb the weight up slowly.

I hate the Shoulder flys but those are what Tony calls the beauty shots and that is so true.  There is nothing more beautiful than a muscular shoulder on a chick.   :) 

Insanity
I was so bored doing Insanity this morning,  the warm up being the same just drives me crazy and makes it hard for me to want to do it.   So if injury doesn't get me on Insanity then bordem will.   Yawn......

I ate really well yesterday, even when I had candy offered to me I turned it down and ate well.

REVENGE AND REUNION!!!!!!

MsLee you are one sick ultra athletic chick! 

My plan is to be all caught up by 10/16.  Then next week I need to get a little ahead.  When I do my hospital days I get fkcu'd because I can't work out on those days unless I get it done before my medical treatments.  Being in an apartment, no one appreciates a 4 am plyometric workout in the unit above. 

I've got the dreaded CP&R today too.  Still loving the warm up.  Wish I could just do that for an hour.  I can't say I love insanity but I am getting used to it. 

No injuries for you.  Like you told me, modify.  I'm using a bench for the plank workouts.  This is the best for form of all the modifications I've tried.  Muscle weakness due to MS just won't let my arms work those pushups.

Hey Lee!  Great Job!
I completed Day 3 of Insanity this morning as well.  It was a great workout!  However, I couldn't do many "V Push-ups" or "Moving Push-ups" so I had to modify the "V-Push-ups" by using my coffee table!  And Instead of "Moving" I did regular Push-ups.  Hopefully I will gain the strength to do them correctly.

Awesome Carol, 

You did the right thing,  if you can't do the V or moving push-ups then modifying is a good thing.   I like the moving push ups, I fell in love with them doing the X the first time. 

You will gain enough strength and it happens fast.  Just keep pushing and don't cheat yourself.

P90X Day 20 - Kenpo X:

I don't know why but Kenpo kicked my butt today. This is one of my favorite workouts in the program and it was so hard today. I killed it close to the end though. Burned 850 calories while doing so.

Your body gives you what it has on any given day.   Some days you rock hard, some days your body is just not having it. 

Important thing is you did it.
