REVENGE AND REUNION WORKOUT PROGRAM. LOL
That's how I felt when my hubby said that you really couldn't tell how fat I was in the pics I took this past weekend and the weekend before at my class reunion and college homecoming !!!! He's lucky that I'm po, or he would be in a dog house across town. I've gone from 180 to 175 in 3 days which means it was probably water weight anyway.
Girl don't hurt yourself but do what you need to do. Liquid L-carnitine is very good for your metabolism as well as lemon juice in your water. Look up Jackie Warner a ripped personal trainer who has the Bravo show right now called "Thintervention". She made this protein shake on the first show and there were a couple of supplements she added for fat burning to help after a workout. I didn't get the recipe but if I get before you do I'll let you know.

I can't stand that Thintervention show, and you know I can't do protein drinks. I have two huge jugs of Jillian Michaels protein powder sitting on my dryer right now and every now and then I will try to drink some, yuck. I think i'm going to try to add it to my food somehow.

Ok....before I go back on my ban...I had to say...you can do it Lee! Get a journal and write write write when you have a craving....cuss the craving out if you have to..and then eat a healthy snack. Sometime the release of energy in the writing take the power away from that craving. Hang in there gurl!
