I blew my carb count bu not reading a package and factoring in the difference between brands. That won't happen again.
Also, I'm struggling to stick to my meal schedule. I need six small meals every three hours so of course I have no appetite even when hungry. That's not a real problem. I'm eating on plan and working on the timing.
My first mini goal is five pounds down. Lets see how long it takes. I will do this no matter what.
