so, it's tuesday and a little over 2 months until new years eve...hint, hint to the challengers out there.  LET'S GET IT!!! 

i'm doing a cardio kick class at lunch and i'll walk 3-4 miles this evening.  how are YOU moving today?

I did Day 2 of Insanity this morning and I plan on taking Step class tonight.

I hit the gym this morning for some lower body weights and good old fashioned cross training.  Felt good than a mofo too.  Hit the calf raise machine next to a chick that thought she was doin something at 60lbs..... I loaded 160 and did two sets - then took it to 180......

I know - I'm a show off - but hey, sometimes it's the small and petty moments that brighten your day! LMAOOOOOO

Tomorrow will be body weight only and the elliptical - Thursday - 5mile run! whooohooo!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
