Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

We know the drilll and yes it does get old at times.  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.   How well have you planned for this week so you can really work your program?

One would think that all of this becomes second nature over time.  If it did there would be no such thing as weight gain as we age for anyone not just us wls folks.  Stay strong.  Stay motivated.  Stay on plan.

...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

I'm coming down off my 'runners' high' - back to the basics and the grind today.

hydration will be this week's focus - I know I haven't been getting enough water in, and I can see it in my fingers (swelling).

I will also be focusing on my vitamins - I need to stay on point with those too.

As for the scale - it's whatever - still hasn't really moved - I'm not saying f-it forever - but until I get past the half in Nov - I will keep it as a data point, but not a point of interest.......

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Water is the word for today.  Let's get plenty of it down.

I hear you on moving the focus away from the scale without loosing focus.  Time to change my point of interest.

Yesterday was a much needed I don't give a rat's @$$ day.  Today its back to business.  I've done my research and made modifications for a different twist on things.

This week will take double the commitment because my head is not in the right place.  Its all a matter of how bad I want this and I want this really bad.

"Yesterday was a much needed I don't give a rat's @$$ day."

LMBO ditto on that!

My focus is fading so today I'm getting back on target with my fluids, vitamins, protein and my journey in general.  This is soooooooo all consuming that I have been zoning out almost forgetting that this is a life long journey.

Because my zoning out and trying to act like my butt is "normal" and eating pretty much what I want and drinking too soon after meals has not caused weight gain thus far I've psyched myself up with false thoughts.  I know what I gotta do and I also know that I do not plan to buy a new wardrobe unless it's a size or two smaller so I'M GONNA DO WHAT IT DO!!!!! End of story

Change is a Process Not an Event

You got that right.  I refuse to ever buy a larger size.  We will do this but even us lifers need a day off once in awhile.
