a 100 pounds down im so happy find me on face book [email protected]  im  so happy i find muscle milk is the best protein for me ,, egss bean and tuna every once and a while i can get snacky but if i increase my liquid it stops im loveing my life any tips to help with my weight loss pls tell me i walk about a mile to two miles a day sometime more
