V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'm working on an attitude adjustment. BAF is where I come to *****&moan and whine&complain (yeah like you didn't already know this). Insanity is not on my favorite workout list but doing my best at it is an accomplishment regardless of my likes and dislikes.
Playing catch up and even catching up on my catch up is a bear. Even so, I will complete this within the 60 days. I've got Pure Cardio (yea) & Cardio Abs (new work out) / Fitness Test/ Plyometric Cardio Circuit (hard but improving). Too much for me in one day but I'll do what I can.
Hopefully the fit test will show improvement. That would be a real incentive. I think it will.

All I will say is, it went well. I had to stop in the middle, go take the baby boii to his outing and then come back and do it all over again. What a bummer!! I did it, thank you God and now to shower, shine and recover.
Burned 1250 calories. Probably could have burned more but I was exhausted. Let's go yall!!!
