There is this mouth rinse that you can use at night and not have bad breath because it doesn't have alcohol in it. It has zinc oxide in it. I think it is called Smart mouth or Breath Away or something like that I forgot. QVC also carries one named Tri-Oral. You can also chew on parsely. You need to use this rinse twice a day. Most of the time our breath comes from our digestive system and sinus drainage. I know I'm being scientific but that's me.
