LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I'M BACK!!!! The Parish Fair was here this past week. I had to volunteer and work different events at the Fair. I am proud to say that I had one bite of my BF's ice cream sandwich last night and a bottle of water. All the things I would normally eat...I DIDN'T. I took cheese snacks, water and diet soda to substitute. I so wanted my caramel apple! However, I feel so empowered that I have gotten my will power back! What felt the best is when we got home last night and my BF said I am so proud of you and I said for what and he said you're good for resisting ALL of the temptation because I could not have done it.
I made dreamfields spaghetti for the first time yesterday. I used the alfredo sauce which is lower in carbs. I know that I said that I would transition into WW this weekend but the scale has not cooperated. I weighed in this morning at 187.6. This week will be a no cheat low carbing week for what I hope to be the final week of it. When I say no cheat I mean nothing outside of Atkins phase 1. I had been having low carb treats of ice cream and of couse the spaghetti yesterday and today. I have been having trouble with getting water in again so I will be working on that. Hopefully with me going back to strictly phase 1, I will be able to acheive my goal of weighing 185 or less by Saturday morning.

I did a bit of carb loading yesterday for today's race - today I threw a roast in the NuWave and have some veggies I will do for babygirl
10miles for me should have burned about 1600 calories - so I'm not really counting calories today. But, oddly enough - I'm not really hungry. Ate some roasted chicken and potatoes earlier - but had a couple squares of chocolate and some caramel corn. For breakfast I had two of the Thomas thin bagels w/cream cheese.
I'll be back on the totally straight and narrow tomorrow - I stocked up on celery to have with my cheese dip and I will do protein/veggie lunches for next week.
