OH is removing the Rant and Rave forum from this website....LOL

For those of you not familiar with R&R it was a place where people would go and basically vent about things other than their WLS...it was pretty cool 

Its gone now

I wish I could come over here and talk about stuff I talked about over there..but you know we Black folks have a tendency to "not rock the boat" 

Over there I could diss that pimp Bishop Eddie Long

I could talk about my kids dilemma (and get a white folk perspective)

I could talk about my booze and corporate a-merry-ca (while obtaining a white folk perspective)

I could talk about ANYTHING! (and gain so much more insight to the world we live in) 

But its gone now *sigh*

I cannot believe that. I used to go and lurk over there. I was to intimidated to write anything, those folks over there were brutal on people who's pronunciation wasn't on point. But I used to get a good laugh.

Apparently OH isn't getting enough revenue behind being pc measures so they have to reach out to sponsors

Apparently OH was making enough revenue so they perhaps they saw R&R as a liability...and sponsors were backing out because it was PC enough

OH relied on moderators that weren't doing their jobs well enough....so it was hurting their business 

Dang retyping this, this morning now it really makes sense

R&R was a risk to OH's bottom line....moved em to a place they view as a little more secure...wondering what the contract reads once you start a group (sorry for my rambling right now) they did encourage the folks from R&R to start a group...so now they are there....I'm thinking though this move could potentially be more risky...and they are going to soon change the whole Group thing...and start plucking out groups faster than your head can spin! 

Amazing how when you speak your mind others are quick to try and shut you down
