P90X-Day 15 - Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X:
I woke up at 7am put my workout cloths on, jumped back in the bed and slept for 2 more hours. Got up did the X and it whopped my butt.
IDK, maybe I was tired or maybe it was because I had my rest day yesterday, but today was a hard day. But I did it and thanking God for it!!! Although yesterday was my rest day, I did take a leisure 3 1/2 mile bike ride so I didn't totally rest and maybe that was the problem.
Where are my Insane people??

I will be playing catch up for awhile but I will get caught up and finish in 60 days total. In a **** for brains moment I numbered my calendar wrong skipping the rest and fit test days so there is no point in listing the day I'm up too until I fix it.
Catching up still with Cardio Recovery and the dreaded Cardio Power & Resistance. I really HATE insanity. Too many damned push ups and I cannot keep up. The cardio portion rocks but the strength sucks @$$ big time.
