13 Week Challenge: Week 2

Heeyyyyyy my "New You by the New Year"  Challengers!!!

How was your first week?  Did you get back to basics?  Exercise any?  How was your water intake?  Vitamins?  Did you see a difference on the scale? 

I was craving cookies so bad last night, but refused to go to the store to get any.  Instead I made my oatmeal concoction and that did the trick!  Did your cravings kick in and if so, how did you handle them? 

I weighed in last Friday at 169, today 165!!!  Woot!

I'm sticking with the basics but I need a new plan.  Last week Friday at the endocrinologist I was actually UP by 14 lbs.  Damnit I can't even get into my clothes.   Doing my research.  I will find a solution to these spurts of rapid weight gain. 

Cravings and the like are not really an issue.  However, I've got to be more careful about foods with ingredients that don't agree with me.  Taking the vits, getting the water, but I need to increase the protein.  While I get my base level daily my labs are low.

I think my weight is the same as last week 187.6.  My weight went up during the past week thanks to TOM time.  I had cravings for sweets but thank goodness for low carb ice cream.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

This week I weighed in at 264.4 so I am down from last week. I had a little trouble this week with cravings which I usually dont have a problem with at all. Oreos were not my friend  but still managed to lose a lil sumthin sumthin. Water is definitely my biggest downfall. I never drink it. I will have to work really hard these next 10 days as I am flyin to AZ then spending next weekend in Cali with some friends. Not so worried about AZ as the time will be with my family. Cali is a whole nother story with my partying friends that dont know I had WLS (plan on telling them when I get there). They are already talking about where they are taking me to eat and the clubs we will hit up. BAF pray for me please to keep myself on track. I didn't come this far to turn back now!

I did not weight in today.   I think I am still stuck at 165 or more.

I weight in daily.   I will tomorrow.............

Okay..started this week with a clense and a fast.  Then restarted super clean eating. Also quit my dumb azz gym and ordered P90X which I should have by the 14th! So..I have lost three lbs this week, even with TOM happening. Onward and upward.

Oh wow.  I didn't realize you were holding us to it, by adding our names to the posts.  LOL!  Guess I better kick it up a notch.  Anyway I'm going to try the early am workout because by the evening life gets in the way.  I do have a friend thats a runner that is going to train me and another friend following the C25k program.  On the offf days of running I'll be doing my favorite-hot yoga.
