MOVE your AZZ!!!! Friday exercise post

 Whaddup my ninjas???  

Aiight - despite being ready to be shot in the head like a damn horse on a farm for the pain I have in my rotator cuff - I did lower body weights and ran 2.5 miles in 20min in the gym this morning.  Sat in the dry sauna for 10min after - that helped loosen up my muscles a bit.

I'm SOOO ready for my run this Sunday!!!! I'm totally stoked.  However - I will be calling my chiro this morning for his referal to an ortho doc - he said that if this shoulder didn't get 'right' soon, I'd have to get cortizone shots...... I was putting it off - but after being up half of the night and popping 800mg of advil every 5 hrs...... I'm ready to get shot up! LOL

Aiight - so what you got in your exercise log today?  And dancing at happy hour does NOT count!!! LMAOOOO

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

My physical therapist recently started me on strength training exercises for my right shoulder.  I didn't want to be lop-sided so I decided to do them on the left side too.  I was in the middle of doing  my bicep curls  yesterday and my husband said, "Wow, you're really working out.  Your arms are going to look great."  It dawned on me that I was actually exercising.  Who would have thought it?
